We explore the Murray mouth and a unique wetland known as the 'Coorong'. Here the local fisherman takes our chefs to catch the local fresh water fish and a strange local delicacy known as a 'yabbie'. The two Michaels catch a ride on the Proud Mary riverboat, which takes them to little river ports like Mannum and prepare a fresh water surprise dish for the Captain and his guests.
